INSTITUTIONAL SAFETY ASSESSMENT
Interviews are conducted with administrators, managers and staff in order to identify any individual and/or institutional behaviors that may be potentially compromising the safety and well-being of the institution’s employees and/or clients. This is to include issues pertaining to cultural diversity that may be threatening the institutions integrity.

CUSTOMIZED ON-SITE TRAINING TO MEET INSTITUTIONS NEEDS
After careful analysis of interviews conducted for client institution, the data is used to tailor
a live-action, interactive training that will allow the participants to confront the individual and/or institutional behaviors that have been identified as being potentially compromising to the institution’s safety and well-being of its employees and/or clients.

CERTIFICATION OF IN-HOUSE TRAINERS
In-house trainers are trained and certified to provide the AVERT training for their institution. While going through the training themselves they are coached in how to conduct the training and how to handle any situation that may come up. The thrust of the certification is to ensure quality of delivery.

POST-TRAINING SUPPORT FOR IN-HOUSE TRAINERS
Any questions, concerns or other support needed by certified trainers to carry out the AVERT training for their institutions will be provided
by telephone free of charge for first six-months following their certification. After that time period there will be a fee for trainer assistance.

OUTCOME RESEARCH (OPTIONAL)
Upon request from client institution outcome measures will be conducted using pre- and post-surveys designed by the AVERT company to measure specific outcomes deemed important by client institution. This is an optional service provided and will incur an additional cost.

PRESENTATIONS
Presentations/workshops are available for any organization wanting to teach
their staff how to prevent violence in the workplace. Through the use of
video, lecture, and interactive exercises, staff learn about the profound effect
their capacity for empathy can have on their ability to reduce the risk of
violence within their institutions, as well as reducing staff burnout, while
